Paraplanner

Posted by EGRecruiting Ltd.

Are you an experienced Paraplanner (with or without DipPFS) who would relish working in a smaller environment?

Perhaps more flexibility, or part-time hours, would make a difference to you.

Imagine working with a professional and ambitious business owner, who adopts a truly flexible style with his employees. Whilst there are superb modern offices just off the A19 (with free parking) to work out of, you can choose to work from home some days and also flex your hours, if easier for you - as long as the work gets done.

The business is growing and keen to develop organically, wherever possible. That means future opportunities for you, if desired.

After a period of outsourcing his paraplanning, our client is keen to bring this in-house, so some paraplanning experience is a must. You'll be dealing with pensions, investments and protection (they also have a mortgage business too) and on occasions, this can be complex, including some NHS pension work. If you've more to learn, that's fine, as you'll be supported and knowledge will be shared, including an opportunity to achieve your DipPFS in time and if you'd like to.

The most important criteria for the client is the person. A good person with sound values, who genuinely likes other people and finds it easy to be part of a team. Not judgemental, over-critical or opinionated, just someone who fits. Ideally, they are looking for someone to start after the summer holidays, in September or October.
