They work closely with clients (at CXO level) to help them design and create advanced digital solutions and business models of the future. Our client is now looking for an experienced management consultant to join their growing Defence sector practice at Director level.
You will work with clients across the Defence industry to help them realise their goals and to overcome their most complex challenges. You will be responsible for generating new business as well as playing a leadership role in the development of the practice.
The preferred candidate will have a background in consulting and experience of delivering change within Defence/MOD organisations. You will be an SME in your focus area and will have experience of designing new propositions for clients and seeing them through to delivery. You will be a people focussed leader capable of inspiring and developing a team of high calibre consultants. A track record in business development with the ability to leverage the firm's existing relationships as well as your own network is essential.
