In this dynamic position, you'll be the go-to expert for managing all aspects of employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent handling of cases while adhering to policies and employment regulations. Your expertise will be paramount as you provide support to management on complex ER issues, offering insightful analysis and guidance.

But your impact won't stop there. You'll also spearhead the development of tools and training programs to empower line managers in handling ER matters autonomously. Leveraging data and analytics, you'll identify trends and proactively devise solutions to address ER challenges head-on.

Your role will extend to offering professional advice, documentation, and guidance to stakeholders on policies, employee relations, and legal matters. You'll foster relationships with external partners and legal experts, keeping abreast of legislative changes through diligent horizon scanning.

Beyond managing ER cases and policies, you'll be integral to supporting business change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and effective management of employee relations throughout periods of change.
