We are seeking a passionate History Teacher to join a dedicated team at a secondary school, in Hastings. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep love for history and a proven ability to inspire students from KS3 to KS4. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in raising educational standards within the classroom.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative history lessons to students from KS3 to KS4.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and actively participate in school meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Participate in school events and activities related to the humanities department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Specialist knowledge in History.
