My client is seeking a full time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Virginia Water, Surrey offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload to include sales & purchases of freehold and & leasehold property, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, and various other matters.
Requirements:
- Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3+ years PQE
- The firm is CQS accredited, and you should have experience of working with the protocol
- Good technical knowledge
- Good IT knowledge
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent inter-personal, customer service and team working skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local clients.
- Able to handle matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion
