Company Overview:

A leading firm of Insolvency Specialists in Manchester is seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Manager to join their growing team. The firm provides expert advice and services to businesses in financial distress, offering solutions through corporate restructuring, liquidation, and administration.

Position Overview:

As a Corporate Insolvency Manager, you will take a leading role in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, administrations, and MVLs. You will oversee case progression from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal regulations while delivering a high level of service to clients. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a team of insolvency professionals.

You will work closely with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders to provide strategic advice and manage all aspects of the insolvency process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate insolvency and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring all processes are compliant with statutory requirements.

Client Interaction: Provide expert advice to directors and creditors, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the insolvency process.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of insolvency administrators, providing guidance and ensuring consistent case management.

Reporting: Prepare and review statutory reports, creditor communications, and case documentation.

Business Development: Support business development initiatives, including attending networking events and identifying new opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications & Skills:

Significant experience in corporate insolvency, ideally in a management role.

Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload of insolvency cases.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

ACA/ACCA/CPI/JIEB qualification is preferred but not essential.
