Description
They are seeking to recruit a Pensions Implementation Manager to join their operations function in managing key projects such as transfers of pension books. Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Managing pension book transfers and implementation plans
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the implementation process
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth transition
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Identify potential issues or risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Acting as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
- Working with a customer focused environment to ensure positive outcomes for pension scheme members
- Supporting adviser introducers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and bulk transfer experience
Profile
A successful Pensions Implementation Manager should have:
- Proven experience in pensions with a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and processes
- Ideally an understanding of pension transfers
- Understanding of commerciality and a track record of delivery
- A strong leadership style, and able to manage others when necessary, particularly during busy periods
- Excellent project management skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and in a fast paced environment
