Are you currently an Employment Advisor seeking a better work life balance? Less caseload? Participants who are not mandated and who voluntary request your support?
This charity works a hybrid model leaning more towards home, with 3 – 4 days home based and 1 day in the office in Cambridge (usually a Wednesday) and potentially Huntingdon. Your participants are in Cambridgeshire, so at times if someone prefers a face to face, or there is a networking event, you need to be happy to travel across the county (i.e. Fenland, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge etc).
Referrals come via the NHS and your clients will have mental health support needs and now looking to return to work. What's different is around 50% of your caseload of around 30 will currently be working (it might be that they are signed off from work). So, in addition to helping people find employment, some of your customers you will be supporting to return to work with their current employers. This could include supporting them around conversations about reasonable adaptions.
To apply for this role, you must have previously worked as an Employment Advisor for at least 12 months. You will also need to live local to Cambridgeshire.
