A lovely year 3 class in a school in Abbotts Langley (close to Watford) is seeking a teacher to cover the first part of a maternity leave starting Monday 3rd June 2024. The role will last the remainder of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team who provide the best possible education for their pupils.

As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and be able to inspire and motivate your pupils to achieve their full potential. You will be a team player who is committed to working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience teaching year 3
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent outcomes for pupils
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn from others
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for teaching and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
- The ability to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs
- A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and respected.
