Driving License + car ESSENTIAL
You are required to have good knowledge and experience in domiciliary care
including complex care. You will be available to work for at least 6 days per week to
cover any shifts required and to step in for other colleagues when necessary and to
cover sickness and absences.
You will be required to liaise with Adult Social Care within Surrey County Council and
brokerage team and accept packages of care as per our team's capacity when this is
required.
You will be required to plan rotas, coordinate and enable our carers to deliver care in
a professional and timely manner. You will need to give written and verbal
instructions on guiding the carers.
You will maintain good and effective communication with all relevant staff and
stakeholders.
To be conversant with the Care Standards Act 2008 for the Domiciliary care
Regulations and National Minimum Standards.
To be aware of the Quality Assurance Policy of the company and work the internal
Quality, Audit and Compliance manager when required.
Represent the company in a professional manner to both clients and workers.
You will carry out a monitoring of all the services being provided, ensuring they meet
the minimum requirements and meeting targets set by your Manager and the
company as a whole.
You will be reporting to the Registered Manager of any issue identified in the above
and work alongside the manager to reach positive outcomes.
