Dual external and internal Comms Manager role in this mid-sized law firm. 18 month FTC, with potential for extension. London based with 2 days working from home.
This popular city law firm, with a well established comms team, is looking for a Comms and PR Manager to support them as they go through a large office move. The role will have a heavy emphasis on internal comms, as well as broader external support.
50% of the role manage all the strategic comms for their office move. Ideally starting 6 months prior to the move. This includes managing content on the intranet, such as video and photo updates, with lots of scope for creating visually engagement content. The move will also require the development of ESG and DEI content development. As well as a range of welcome events and firmwide townhalls.
The other 50% of the role will support with broader internal comms, as well as digital comms, brand development, award submissions and PR for one or two smaller practice groups.
The role would suit a comms professional with around 5+ years of experience within legal or professional services. Ideally candidates will have experience of managing the comms for an office move or significant change project.
