Role: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Jewellery Quarter
Salary: C£45,000 - £60,000

Here at Simpson Judge we are assisting a boutique Commercial Specialists in their search for a new team member, who would ideally be a minimum of 2 year PQE +.
If you are an astute Commercial Solicitor who is able to work on a variety of your own matters from start to finish then this could be a role for you.
This position will see you joining an established team, which consists of Paralegals, Junior Solicitor and Senior figures who have been practising in Commercial law for over 20 years. So you will have peers to reach out to when needed and build a strong working relationship with, whilst having support team members on hand to assist you on some of your administrative tasks.
Prior experience working on some if not all of the below matters would be beneficial for your application:
Director Disqualification
Insolvency & Restructuring
Insolvency Claims
Commercial Litigation
Regulatory Disputes
Construction Disputes
