About the Role
Capital City College Group (CCCG) is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Legal Affairs Officer to provide high-quality legal support and guidance across our varied operations. In this critical role, you will offer strategic advice to the senior executive team on a broad spectrum of legal matters, including employment law, contract management, and regulatory compliance. You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, ensuring that CCCG maintains full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve contributing to policy development, managing disputes, and identifying legal risks to safeguard the organisation's interests.
About You
You are an experienced legal professional with a robust understanding of employment law, data protection, and corporate governance. You have a proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and handle complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes managing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and effectively communicating legal concepts to colleagues. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards. You have the flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours, and you are eager to contribute to a team that values excellence and integrity.
