Land and Property Title Registrar - Hybrid/Christchurch - up to £40k
What you'll be doing:
Our client is seeking an experienced Land and Property Title Registrar to oversee and manage complex title matters within land and property. This role requires handling contentious and research-intensive issues. The successful candidate will provide casework and legal expertise for land registration applications and dispute resolution. Additionally, the role involves delivering settlements of dispute claims and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the archives.
What we're looking for:
As Land and Property Registrar you will have proven experience managing property title matters, ideally in legal or real estate settings. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of property law and legal documents.
Hours & Benefits: Mon - Fri - Full or Part time hours
