CloudScope are looking for Junior Digital Marketing Project Manager for a prestigious agency in the outskirts of Norwich. The Junior Digital PM will work with clients, technicians, and account managers to ensure that digital marketing projects are executed effectively and meet client objectives. This includes overseeing projects from start to finish, developing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns across email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of digital marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure high standards of execution.
  • Project Planning: Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress, address issues, and analyse campaign performance to improve results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends to bring in new ideas and improvements.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and remain organised.
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate about achieving success.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in project management (preferably website development), an understanding of digital marketing, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Location: Norwich outskirts (with a hybrid working model after probation).

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 with regular salary reviews.
