Team Manager, UASC Service
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Service to be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the team.
Key Duties:
- Managing Social Workers
- Developing the team
- Managing a budget
- Ensuring age assessments and pathway plans are completed
- Partnership working with relevant professionals
- Completing audits
- Promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people
Requirements:
- Relevant and extensive experience managing UASC/similar social work team
- SWE registration
- Social Work Qualification
