A fast growing global non-profit organisation which aims to support the development of inclusive and prosperous societies.

The Role

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll process and serve as a point of contact for payroll related issues. You will be managing the payroll for approximately 450 staff, and overseeing two direct reports who will support with payroll.

The Successful Candidate

  • Extensive experience in UK payroll management, including knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to potentially grow into a broader, international role.
