Due to expansion and increased work load they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their City Centre offices.
They are a large law firm and have a very welcoming, friendly approach and a happy workforce who enjoy many social events.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant or Law Graduate who has either worked within or studied residential conveyancing or property law.
The ideal Conveyancing Assistant will have worked within a legal organisation or company and have will have supported or assisted Solicitors or Conveyancing teams with property caseloads including sales, purchases, remortgages, searches and similar.
As a Conveyancing Assistant you will have responsibility to liaison with clients on a daily, weekly basis therefore excellent communication skills are essential as is attention to detail and a professional approach to your work. You will excellent administration skills and have have worked with confidential documentation. You will have worked in a busy, fast paced environment where sometimes time scales are upmost important.
