HR Project Lead - 6 Month FTC

Morgan Philips is working with a client in Woking who are searching for a HR Project Lead to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months paying up to £90,000pa. This role is hybrid and will start ASAP.

The role of HR Project Lead will join the management team and play a key role in the successful planning and execution of changes within one area of the business. This role will predominantly focus on change projects as well as leading through informal and formal consultations including focus groups, communications and organisation design. Duties include;

  • Manage all aspects of a major program workstream, ensuring clear objectives, alignment with program goals, and detailed plans.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, establish efficient workflows, and facilitate key meetings and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain realistic plans for talent transition, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.

The successful candidate will be a HR Lead who has considerable experience in change and transformation projects. You will be people facing, empathetic, a good communicator and should have strong influencing skills. This role will require up to date ER skills as well reorganisation skills.
