An Accounts Payable Clerk is being recruited for an interesting and fast-growing Wimborne based manufacturing business. The role can be temp to fill an initial gap or temp to perm for the right person.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be required to undertake typical AP duties consisting of matching, coding and processing invoices, dealing with queries, clearing the inbox, preparing payment runs.
You will need to have strong AP skills and experience of working within a multi-entity/multi-currency business with overseas vendors and customers would be an advantage.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of NetSuite, Expensify or Concur would be an advantage but not essential.
