What's involved?
A successful General Manager will have full reign of the site. Duties to include planning menus along side the Head Chef, managing stock, ordering from local suppliers, controlling a budget, keeping accurate records, managing health and hygiene procedures, organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training, and developing staff. Coordinates with kitchen management team on supply ordering budget.
The ideal candidate will have a calm and nurturing manor to fit in with the dynamics of the team and have a fantastic knowledge of P&L's and figures as this is a high volume site.
