The role
This is an opportunity for a Senior WordPress Developer (PHP, WordPress, Gutenburg, MySQL, JavaScript) to come on board and join a business who are pioneering the EdTech space through protecting our children online. You will be involved in the re-development of an exciting platform - utilised nationally by large organisations on an important mission with our future generation at its heart! As a Senior WordPress Developer (PHP, WordPress, Gutenburg, MySQL, JavaScript), you will both research, develop and test new features and functionality, as well as re-build the project from the ground up. You will get to own this project - take the technical lead, and make a real impact on this small team and company.
Responsibilities:
- WordPress CMS: Strong experience with WP - including custom plugins / API integrations ad component development
- Build complex Gutenburg blocks
- Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, and MySQL.
- Project management / technical leadership
- Hosting and Server Management - DNS, and server configuration.
- SEO and Analytics: Familiarity with GTM, GA4, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A/B testing
