HR Advisor £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (negotiable) Wolverhampton based Hybrid working and flexible working CIPD qualification preferable
Key duties:
- To assist the HR Manager and HR Director with ensuring a smooth and proactive running of the HR Service for the business
- Undertaking a variety of HR Administration duties
- Provide an advisory service to the HR department
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing and employee relations
- Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary
- Work in partnership with managers to help resolve and advise upon HR queries
- Provide relevant KPI information to those who request
- To support with the management of HR casework
- Assist with the creation of management reports
Requirements for this role:
- CIPD level 3/5 is desirable
- 3+ years relevant experience in a HR advisory role
- Demonstrable HR advisory experience
- Excellent team working skills and exceptional communication skills
- Proficient IT skills
