My client, a specialist national law firm, are looking to recruit a 1-3 PQE Serious Injury Solicitor for their office in the Midlands.
The firm has been growing rapidly over the past few years and as a result opened a new office around 18 months ago. You will be joining a new and growing team that will continue to grow over the coming months and years. So, a great time to join if you are looking for a role with strong career progression.
They specialise on PI/CN files over 25k, you will be managing your own caseload of multi-track files while assisting Partners with their high value, complex files. They have also adopted a policy of smaller caseloads compared to other firms to ensure their clients are receiving the best possible service. There are also no billing targets, you are encouraged to work collectively as a team to ensure the best possible outcome for your clients.
You will have the autonomy and flexibility to work in a way that suits you, they are much more interested in good client contact rather than going to the office. Salary is £55K DOE, along with a host of other excellent benefits such as enhanced sick pay, healthcare plans and much more.
