RTM sits in the Corporate Bank division of the Bank. RTM comprises of services & implementation functions of Corporate & Institutional Cash Management, Securities Services and Trade Finance & Lending as well as Subsidiary Coverage (RTM Coverage) and Coverage support teams.

RTM Coverage is the subsidiary coverage team that provides banking coverage to UK subsidiaries of Bank's Multinational / International corporates across range of products in Corporate banking, with special focus on Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending and Foreign Exchange (FX).

As Relationship Manager, you will be accountable for Sales, Coverage and handling execution of the clients mandates while keeping in mind Bank's control framework.

You will be interacting with Treasury and Finance teams of clients based in UK and collaborate with global teams to pitch solutions at regional and global levels.

Your key responsibilities

  • Grow revenue from the allocated portfolio; collaborate with global teams to acquire new clients in line with Bank strategy
  • Active interaction with clients, develop sustainable and effective relationship, devise account plans and provide best level of service
  • Responsible for keeping up to date Know Your Client (KYC) record, work with support teams to timely complete the KYC
  • Maintain good working relationship with support teams to deliver on client needs in a responsible and sustainable manner
  • Ensuring fair outcome for the client and role model Bank's Values & Beliefs

Your skills and experience

  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification; relevant work experience in Corporate banking division
  • Working knowledge of corporate banking products, especially Cash Management, Trade Finance & Foreign Exchange
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and credit skills
  • Motivated, diligent, driven and results oriented
  • Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Certification is a requirement for the role. If not already Certified, you will be required to pass exams and complete certification within the stipulated time set by the Bank. Training, studying material and support for preparation of the exams for FCA Certification will be provided
