Data Entry Administrator

Are you immediately available to start a temp project and local to the Milton Keynes area?

We're recruiting for the Transport Team of a business based in the Bleak Hall area of Milton Keynes to start as soon as possible.

Looking for a Data Entry Administrator to come in and support on a project for at least 2-3 weeks to begin and then once that's complete, looking at options of either finishing depending on your availability or possibly picking up other projects/admin work.

You'd be working in a very relaxed and friendly environment, surrounded by a small and helpful team of people and a lot of interaction with their down to earth team of drivers and other staff who come and go through the office each day.

Day-to-day you'll be helping make sure that all licenses, certificates, ID cards and more are all logged onto the system, anything that's missing you'd need to speak to the relevant member of the team to obtain and then log online too.

You'll need to be a very organised and self-sufficient, good computer skills and ideally have worked in a role where you've handled admin/data entry before too.

The role is on a temporary basis, meaning weekly pay every Friday and at the rate of around £12 per hour + holiday accrual.

The site is open Monday to Friday, ideally looking for someone to work hours of around 8am to 4pm or 9am to 4.30pm, they could take an earlier start too if you're an early riser!

What does the day-to-day look like?

The team you'd be supporting are the transport team and this temp would be focussed on helping ensure that everything is compliant and up to date.

Although it's very admin heavy, you'll also need to have good people skills though as you'd be speaking to their team in the office or over the phone/whatsapp/email to obtain any new documents needed.

What do we need from you?

You will need to be free to start asap, ideally this week or next to get the project underway!

Looking for someone with good attention to detail, previous computer/admin skills and must be a very organised, self-starter.

Due to the location of the offices, you will ideally be a driver or local to the Milton Keynes area, easily able to get to the offices based in the Bleak Hall area.
