Ai Strategy Engagement

I am working with a global not-for-profit that has kicked off a finance transformation programme to embed a new operating model, adopt best-in-class cloud solutions, and future-proof the organisation.
We are seeking an AI Consultant for a short-term engagement to:
- Review, validate, and recommend enhancements to their AI strategy to align with strategic business objectives.
- Develop a detailed roadmap based on their ambitions, investment capacity, and desire to integrate AI into the transformation agenda.
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and senior stakeholders to showcase AI's potential.
- Help the business to understand how to operationalise AI within the organisation to drive business value.
