Essential Criteria:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is preferred, especially experience supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Education: A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to varying classroom situations and tailor support to meet individual student needs.
- Patience and Empathy: Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children's learning and personal development.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and the wider school community.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to the planning and execution of lessons and activities.
