Prospectus is pleased to partner with a leading London fashion school that excels in Fashion, Art, and Design education. They are seeking a temporary Student and Academic Support Specialist to assist with Academic Support, Attendance Monitoring, Administrative duties, and Pastoral Support. The initial term is one month which will be working onsite, with the possibility of extending to a hybrid model after one month (three days onsite, two days remote).
In this role, you will liaise with Programme Leaders, Tutors, and Counsellors to address student needs, organize meetings, support onsite and online teaching activities, and assist with graduation-related tasks. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for students needing assistance, assisting tutors with program development, monitoring attendance and timetables, preparing certificates, and handling general services.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience in a similar role, strong time and task management skills, excellent communication and IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with local immigration requirements and an interest in Fashion & Design are desirable.
This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start times between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
