Our team is focused on providing high-quality support and safeguarding services to vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker with a passion for safeguarding and protecting vulnerable children and families?
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, planning interventions, and working collaboratively to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks, needs, and strengths.
- Developing and implementing care plans to safeguard and protect children and support families.
- Providing support and advocacy for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in a social work role, preferably within safeguarding and protection..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social care and safeguarding.
