RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL (Polish Speaking essential)

Our well established client is seeking a experienced Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team, in Shirley, on a permanent basis. Specifically, a bilingual, Polish/English speaking candidate who has a passion for Residential Conveyancing. (Language skills are required due to the need for regular translation of documents and interpreting from English to Polish).

The role:

You will be responsible for assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining communication with the clients and mortgage brokers, attending networking events, preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process, monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar, submitting cases to the Land Registry. You will also be answering calls, email and postal correspondence This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will spend your time on the telephone updating the clients, brokers and estate agents. You will learn the conveyancing process from A to Z.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Passionate about people and the Residential Property sector
  • Have the ability to speak and write or translate in Polish and English is desirable to be successful in this role.
  • An ambitious, motivated individual paralegal looking for a long-term career development.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others
  • You will have gained experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property Team

Job title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Thursday Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch (37 hrs)
