The Role: As a Childcare Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing support to our solicitors and directly contributing to the success of our clients' cases. Your role will involve:
Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
Assisting with case preparation, including organizing files and managing case timelines.
Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Attending court proceedings and taking notes.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.
Requirements:
A degree in Law or a related field.
Previous experience as a Paralegal, preferably in family law or childcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
