The ideal candidate will have had experience of delivery of non-residential major projects within a public sector environment.
This role is for an interim to manage the delivery of the Major Projects Programme within the Capital Programme. This will look at things like major refurbishment and renovations of schools and other buildings and therefore will need the requisite experience, skills and knowledge to undertake. It will also come with line management responsibilities. Please note that Retrofit experience in extremely desirable.
