HS&E Coordinator

Posted by Aspire Defence Services Ltd.

Are you passionate about safety? Do you thrive in an environment where attention to detail is crucial? As HS&E Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) department and your coordination skills will be put to the test as you support our team in their day-to-day activities.

As part of your role, you'll provide professional coordination and administration support to the Head of HS&E and the entire department. Your responsibilities will include managing office operations, handling incident reporting software, and preparing essential reports. Your organisational skills will shine as you juggle preparing monthly reports to coordinating materials for meetings and presentations. In addition, you'll ensure everything aligns with our processes and standards as you produce and coordinate critical documentation, and incident reporting will become part of your routine as you'll manage our business incident reporting software. You'll also follow our value of Safety First as you manage your work safely, as well as safeguarding fellow employees, customers, and the public. Furthermore, your professionalism and integrity will be key traits as you build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

But first, meet the team...

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers' lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

Seriously, picture a heart (the real one) and imagine how hard it works to keep the body running, making sure every part gets exactly what it needs to thrive. That's our mission; to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers.

And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers. We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do.

We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.

In addition to being part of our team, you'll also get...

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%, plus individual life assurance
  • A shopping discounts scheme
  • Birthday Day Off Scheme
  • Cycle to Work and Tech Scheme
