This role will involve a range of duties that make up the day-to-day running of the Stores department.

The Role:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the Stores department to ensure seamless operations
- Issue tooling, consumables and aircraft parts to engineers, ensuring accurate records and traceability
- Receive and inspect a variety of aircraft parts, adhering to strict operation procedures and quality standards
- Ensure all dispatched items are routed correctly, with special attention to the handling of dangerous goods
- Perform regular inventory checks, focusing on shelf life and tooling due for calibration to ensure readiness
- Create, maintain and archive logs and documentation for all operational activities
- Control and dispose of waste products responsibly, aligning with company and environmental regulations
- Keep the working environment clean and organised, optimising space for efficiency
- Proactively seek operations improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Operate company vehicles as necessary to support operational needs
- Shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, working 07:00 to 19:00
The Person:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
