We are looking for a House manager to work across multiple properties in London and the countryside for a fantastic client of ours. You will work directly with the Principals who are highly engaged in every aspect of their projects (from refurbishments, to the day to day running of the households). You will be responsible for approx. 10 members of staff and you will report directly to the Principals. Responsibilities will include managing the team of staff, overseeing refurbishments, getting quotes for works, being involved in the purchase of future properties and managing properties that the family have rented out, being involved in the maintenance of the house, keeping operational manuals up to date, putting together budgets and keeping the insurance schedules up to date, amongst other things.
You must have experience overseeing operations of multiple residents, be a strong manager who supports and nurtures a collaborative culture, a strong understanding of and interest in sustainability and be a good leader.
You must have your own car to get to and from the different properties (for the day, outside of London).
Salary: £70k gpa (candidates on higher proven earnings may be considered)
