The One Group are working with a global technology business in Northampton looking to deliver intelligent propulsion systems to the Automotive and Motorsport sectors.
The client is looking for two production operatives to join the team due to projects being won on an ongoing temporary contract within their manufacturing facility in Northampton on a double day shift.
The client manufactures high performance engines and deliver them to some prestigious companies globally.
You will be responsible for loading the line, finishing component parts, washing, and packing customers parts for despatch.
The client is looking for candidates who have engineering workshop experience, the ability to follow engineering work instructions and ideally candidates from a mass production background.
The working hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-2pm and Friday 6am-1pm for the early shift and the late shift 2pm-10pm Monday-Thursday and 1pm-8pm on the Friday.
On offer is a salary between 23k - 27k with a shift allowance of 18.5%.
