Kitchen Porter Day Hours
Location: Stansted Mountfitchet

Overview:
Immediate Start from May across June
Adhoc days over week inc. Weekends _ with some split shifts 8am -3pm ___6pm -8 pm TBA
Salary: £12.00 + Holiday Pay

Duties:
- Follow instructions and take initiative.
- Adhere to COSHH regulations in relation to cleaning materials
- Lifting heavy loads up to 25 kilos
- Washing, stacking and drying kitchen equipment.
- Ensuring shelves, cupboards, floors and work areas/surfaces are clean, always sanitized safe and tidy.
- Correctly disposing of rubbish in the external refuse disposal area.
- Receiving, checking and sorting deliveries, reporting any issues immediately.
- Putting away frozen, dry goods and fresh stock so it complies with food safety regulations.
- Organising the storerooms.
Deep clean trolleys and other kitchen areas as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
