Engineering Manager - Electrical Bias - Hybrid Role. We are looking for a skilled Electrical Bias Engineering Manager who will oversee the electrical engineering department, ensuring the efficient design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAN Bus technology and experience in a manufacturing setting. This is a hybrid role, requiring both on-site presence at our client's facility and remote work capabilities.

Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilise CAN Bus technology for the development and integration of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and production managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all engineering activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Engineering Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineering Manager / Automation Manager or similar.
- Strong expertise in CAN Bus technology and its applications in electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, permanent days.
