£35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Company Van + Fuel Card + Training + Progression + Private Health Care
Are you an experienced and qualified Electrician looking to join a rapidly growing company? This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with previous experience working within a buildings environment.
This electrical engineering company have only been established since 2022 and since then have gone from strength to strength and witnessed unprecedented growth. They're a tightknit team of 12 employees in total, which has already exceed expectations when it comes to expected headcount and timeframes. They're now seeking a motivated Electrician to maintain and carry out installation works within a BMS environment, with the opportunity to receive training into the servicing side of the role and real progression opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician who comes from a Building Services / HVAC / BMS background and able to showcase their existing skillset and knowledge while assisting a group of passionate individuals to collectively achieve company goals. Also you will have the opportunity to boost you earnings from being a part of a 1 in 4 call out rota which very rarely requires assistance.
The role:
* Mobile role to carry out electrical maintenance to increase the efficiencies within a building services environment
* Assisting the growth of a small and busy company
* Travel expectation across the Central Belt of Scotland
* 1 in 4 call out rota (£250 for the week to be on standby and double time if you're called out for the minute you leave your house until you get back - it's worth noting there has only been 1 call out over an 18 month period - therefore it's very rare
The Person:
* Motivated candidate with a can do attitude to learn and grow with the company
* Qualified Electrician who holds 18th Edition qualification
* The ability to work independently without supervision
* Holds previous experience within a building services / HVAC / BMS industry experience
