The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join a well-established healthcare company and play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, driving customer engagement, and supporting the growth of a new e-commerce platform.
This role will be office based with hybrid working available (3 days in the office) and Part Time (4 days a week) will be considered.
This is a family-owned business who have recently completed an ERP transition and invested heavily in a new website which will go live in the Autumn. This is a perfect time to help drive growth and producing multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic to the revamped website. You will have the support of an inhouse graphic designer, external agencies and a supportive leadership team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the B2B e-commerce platform, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads
- Executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising
- Conducting market research to identify trends, perform competitor analysis, and gather customer insights, utilizing this information to enhance marketing strategies and stay ahead in the market
- Supporting the creation of compelling content, managing and optimising social media presence, and assisting in organizing webinars, virtual and face-to-face events, and other marketing initiatives
About You
This role will suit an adaptable and intuitive individual with strong marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or B2B industries but B2C would also work. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation software would also be beneficial.
