Our client based in the Borehamwood area is looking for a Paralegal to join their successful team. The role would suit an individual with some working knowledge of conveyancing and property law as the role is within the residential and commercial property sectors.
The main purpose of this role is dealing with day-to-day administrative requirements of the residential and commercial conveyancing process from onboarding to post completion. You will be supporting the Head of the department. You will demonstrate first class client care and communication skills across all levels and possess outstanding organisational ability You are able to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
In return the company offer a salary of between £25000 - £28000
