At Reed, we are always on the lookout for skilled Sales Administrators with experience in the office environment on a temporary basis. We are currently working with a return client to recruit a temporary Sales Administrator.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Checking customer credit status and updating details
- Entering sales orders and producing invoices
- Printing/sending/filing sales invoices.
- Printing delivery/collection notes
- Emailing monthly statements
- Calling customers for any outstanding invoices
- Entering purchase invoices and matching delivery/collection notes
- Arranging courier collections via online portal
- Taking online payments
