Our business is seeking a customer service co-ordinator to join the team on a fixed term contract. The team's dream addition would be a bubbly, ambition individual with a mature problem-solving mindset; someone who excels in communication and can think on their feet. Bring creating solutions is a must, as our ideal candidate can resolve things individually as well as work exceptionally in a group.
Day to Day:
- Answering calls and queries, providing a high level of customer service.
- Taking orders and providing accurate quotations in a timely manner.
- Effectively resolving any customer queries and issues.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour while managing a busy workload.
Required skills and qualifications:
- A proactive and ambitious individual with a mature mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Bubbly and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
There is opportunity for this fixed term contract to go permanent if the candidate is the perfect match for the team.
