Job title: C# Software Team lead - Master of code, commander of the deep

Location: Yateley, Hampshire (3 days a week on site, leading by example)

Salary: up to £70k

Are you a C# Senior / Software Team Lead who can lead a team with the grace of a synchronised swimmer and precision of a submarine? We're on the hunt for someone like you who isn't afraid to get their feet wet (metaphorically speaking)

My client is not just any tech company - there an undersea marvel, Specialising in innovative sub-sea technology.

There diving deep into the world of geophysical monitoring systems to make the oceans a bit greener, safer and a whole lot smarter. From offshore energy to maritime defence and ocean science, they engineer, manufacture, service and support the most challenging subsea projects. (If Aqua man were real, he'd probably work here).

Your time will be split between software engineering / development working on C# desktop and web applications designed to run on embedded devices and managing the team.

You'll need to steer the ship on technical leadership, development, and validation of new features and products while keeping the team on course and be expected to navigate technical conversations across products and cross-engineering improvements and demonstrate the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical crew members.

You'll need to bring:

C# mastery: You will speak fluent C#

UX Expertise: Designing software that's as smooth as a dolphin's back.

Web App: Angular or React experience with either a dash of C or C++

Leadership Skills: A natural mentor who can manage a great team.

British Citizenship & Passport: This is a requirement, whilst I love your enthusiasm some projects are classified, and you will need SC clearance.
