Our client is going through a busy period and looking for a strong experienced administrator to support a department within the business. This role has an immediate start.
You must be fully competent with MS office and at a level of Excel where pivot tables and VLOOKUP's can be used to track information.
You will have full support of a great team but must have discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality when handling information of others.
Duties Include:
Data entry - you must have an excellent attention to details when working with data and inputting on a system.
Customer service – answer general calls to the team from internal departments and general enquiries
Emails – Over seeing the team inbox, answering messages and distributing as required
Administration – updating spreadsheets, preparing of information packs, filing and keeping systems updated with information
Skills:
Confident communicator
Possess excellent computer skills with the abili8ty to learn in house systems
Show discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
Work well within a small team
Working hours
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
