Artis Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's market leading software companies who are currently blazing a trail in their specialist field and growing at a rapid rate of knots.
They have asked us to find them a Commercial Contract Manager who will be pivotal in managing and optimising business contracts, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. You'll be working alongside the Commercial Director to draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
- Providing legal advice and identifing potential risks.
- Developing and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
About you
- At least 3 years' experience as a Legal Counsel, Contacts Lawyer or Contract Manager.
- Strong grasp of contract law and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
- Experience in supply chain procurement and management.
- Familiarity with data protection and software licensing agreements.
- Exposure to SaaS agreements and dispute resolution (desirable)
