RG Consultancy are working with a fast growing property business who are recruiting a Management Accountant to join their medium sized finance team. This is a fixed term contact to support developments within the department. You will work closely with and report to the Financial Director on a daily basis to support the department during a development process.
- Salary circa £65,000 - £70,000
- 3-month fixed term contract

The Role
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Accruals, prepayments, monthly journals
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Profit and loss
- Monitoring the financial performance of the company
- Implementing change and ongoing improvements for efficiency
- Overseeing rent and service charge renting
- Invoice preparation and processing for service charge invoices
- Review calculated variances to identify any significant discrepancies
- To support with year end and audit preparations
The Person
- Must be a fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant
- Experience with service charge is an advantage but not essential
- Similar experience working within the property or construction sector would be an advantage
- Previous audit experience
