Our lovely client in Waltham Abbey is looking for a confident and experienced Key Account Executive to provide an exceptional level of customer support for our key customer account(s).
- Processing orders
- Manage stock levels
- Raise purchase orders, liaise with customers and procurement team to provide pricing
- Stock availability
- Produce weekly/monthly sales/stock reports
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the following;
- Superb customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, developing an understanding of the account(s) and industry
- Confident constructing emails and good telephone manner
- Be able to provide solutions to customers and identify opportunities
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to an ever changing industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills
- Work well as part of a team and independently
- Experience in Sales and Account management preferred

Work Location: Fully onsite/In-person in our Waltham Abbey Offices
Working Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday
Salary £27,000 plus 20% bonus structure paid annually
