Our client based in Bridgnorth is looking for a HR Associate join their team on a full time, Permanent basis. As a HR Associate you will be the backbone of HR operations, providing essential support across a range of functions. Your role will include:
- Recruitment Support: You'll assist in the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the administrative tasks for new hires and departing employees.
- Benefits & Payroll: Administer employee benefits and assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Employee Relations: Support the resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- HR Projects: Contribute to initiatives like employee surveys and training programs.
- Performance Management: Oversee processes from goal setting to performance reviews.
Who We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Experience: Prior HR administrative experience is a plus.
